If you are applying to competitive schools, most colleges and universities recommend taking SAT Subject Tests in addition to the SAT. MJ Test Prep offers SAT Subject Test classes that start in the spring and prepare students for the SAT June date. We offer classes for the following SAT Subject Test: biology, chemistry, math level 2, and physics.
Students will be challenged by concepts that are not often taught during the academic year, but appear on the standardized test. In addition to the class time, students will be responsible for homework: practice tests and worksheets to reinforce concepts. Students in AP or honors classes are strongly encouraged to take an SAT Subject Test in June.
Also, if there is a demand, we may offer more classes for more subjects. Please contact us if you don’t see a class for the subject test you are interested in. MJ Test Prep also offers individual prep year-round for the following SAT Subject Tests: biology, chemistry, literature, Mandarin, math levels 1 and 2, Spanish, U.S. History, and World History.
For more information on each individual class, please use the links below. Details, including dates and fees, will be announced soon.

MAKE-UP POLICY FOR ALL GROUP CLASSES: We do not offer make-up classes for missed classes. If your child misses a class, we will set aside a packet of notes and homework which will be available for pick-up at the front desk after the missed class.
After the last class, we offer an optional open classroom the week before the test (the date is determined with the tutors and the students as the date draws closer), which students can address their questions from the missed class then.
